1. Acceptance

By using Bani Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bani Studio is an AI-powered application builder. You can create, deploy, and manage web applications using our platform. Features require credits, which can be purchased or earned.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to register.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may not share accounts or transfer access to others.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are consumed by builds, database provisioning, and compute time.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed by platform operations.
Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused.
We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bani Studio to:

Host illegal content or activities
Distribute malware or engage in phishing
Infringe intellectual property rights
Abuse or overload platform resources
Attempt to access other users' data

6. Apps and Data

You own the code and content in apps you create.
Apps paused due to insufficient credits will be stopped but data preserved for 30 days.
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
